 Rating:  - Rocks the houseI have owned and heard $5000 speakers that could not match the clean bass output of a Cerwin Vega. I will own nothing more for my loudspeakers. This is my second set of CV's in the last 15 years. The only reason for that is I sold the first set when I needed the money. They are very clean sounding and almost eliminate the need for a subwoofer. No distortion whatsoever - in fact they are so clean they point out the flaws in cd recordings. Rating:  - not as full as...although nothing bad can be said of the Vega's they certainly do not deliver the complete sound that I believed they had for the price. If your want the name buy away!:)
